Do I get all of my photos from my self-shoot session?
For self-shoot portrait, you may request to have all your raw photos together with the photos you chose during selection time sent to you. It will be sent within 24hrs.
Why can't I have the raw photos from my studio shoot session?
Post-process or editing the photos is part of the service you hired us for. We aim to understand your desired output and put into consideration the pegs/inspirations you send us prior your session.
Some raw photos may be, but not limited to, any of the following;
- During light test: Photos are either too dark, or too bright.
- You are unprepared for the shot: Your eyes are closed, your pose is awkward, etc.
-Safety shots: A couple of photos are completely the same.
Photos that don't fall under any of the above-mentioned category needs post-processing, that's why in our packages, we include the number of edited/enhanced photos to set your expectations of what you will be getting from your session.
While you may be able to edit the raw photos yourself, we ask for your understanding that our editing/post-process is our identity as a brand and we strive to protect it.
You may request to have more photos edited/enhanced, for an additional fee, should you need more photos than what's included in your package.
Can we bring pets?
- Each client/booking is entitled to bring 1 pet for free.
- Pets in excess are subject to a fee of ₱250.00 for each small pet or ₱400.00 for big pets.
- We ask to please bring a maximum of 3 pets at a time to maintain a comfortable environment for other pets and hoomans inside the studio.
- We request that pets wear diapers while inside the studio but if diapers aren’t possible given their size or other factors, we kindly ask that you pick up after your pets.
- Please do not leave your pets unattended and ensure they are at their best behavior while inside the studio.
- We are a pet-friendly photo studio but we may not be aware of your pet’s specific needs or sensitivities so we kindly ask that you inform us ahead of time so we can plan and implement necessary arrangements.
Where are you located?
We are located near Tagaytay City Market. You can pin Gunitahi Studios on Waze/Google Maps. We are on the 2nd floor of the building beside Mr Moo’s.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We accept walk-ins but we highly recommend booking in advance to save you from waiting as we will prioritize clients with online bookings. You may book a session for self-shoot portrait here or email us at gunitahi@gunitahistudios.com for studio photoshoot quotation and bookings.
Do you require a downpayment?
We require full payment for online self-shoot portrait and studio shoot lite bookings while 50% downpayment is required for studio photoshoot, studio rental, and self-shoot photobooth bookings. Cancellations made less than 24hrs before the scheduled booking is not eligible for a refund.
Can I request for more prints?
Definitely! Though additional charges apply for prints other than those included in the packages/quotation. Price varies on the size of the print requested.
I accidentally deleted the soft copy you sent me, can I ask to resend?
Your digital copies' gallery is made available for 30 days. You can always go back and access it using the password provided in the email notification you received. If it has been more than 30 days and the gallery has expired, we also don't have access to the files anymore.
Can I request for BTS footages of my photoshoot?
Our team usually takes BTS (behind the scenes) footages for the studio’s use but you may avail of a BTS service for an additional fee. The fee will cover raw, edited and reels/stories-ready BTS footages.
